If you are bringing this class to your space, here is what you ll need: A stove or portable cooktop for cooking the dishes. Ample counter or table space for prepping ingredients and cooking stations. Serving bowls and plates. If you don t have these, we can bring disposable ones at an additional fee. Small pots or pans for cooking curry. Optional: aprons, utensils, your favorite knives.
