At TreatPass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your experience, we're here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refundable Scenarios
- Gift card purchased but not delivered within 24 hours
- Duplicate purchases made in error within 48 hours
- Technical issues preventing redemption at partner merchants
- Merchant ceased operations or no longer accepting TreatPass cards
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Gift cards fully or partially redeemed at partner merchants
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago (unless exceptional circumstance)
- Refusal of service due to terms violation
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@treatpass.com with your order details
- Provide proof of purchase and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
3. Exchange Policy
If you're unhappy with your gift card category (e.g., spa vs. restaurant), we can exchange it at no charge if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Contact support@treatpass.com to arrange an exchange.
4. Lost or Damaged Cards
If your digital gift card is lost or not received, contact us immediately with your purchase receipt. We'll resend the card or issue a replacement if the original has already been redeemed.
5. Corporate/Bulk Purchases
Bulk purchases (10+ gift cards) have a 30-day refund window for unused cards. Partially redeemed cards are not refundable. Contact our corporate team at corporate@treatpass.com for details.
6. Processing Times
- Refund request review: 24-48 hours
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days
- Bank processing: Additional 1-3 business days (depending on your bank)
