— TreatPass is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or disappointment arising from an experience booked through the platform, where such loss is caused by the venue or experience provider.
— TreatPass's total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the value of the specific gift card or order giving rise to the claim.
— Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by this disclaimer. Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Dispute Resolution
We always prefer to resolve issues quickly and informally. If you have a complaint:

2. Escalation: If we cannot resolve your complaint informally within 14 days, you may escalate to your local consumer authority (see Section 3 above for territory-specific bodies).
3. Legal proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or your local consumer authority, it will be subject to the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms of Service.
We do not participate in any alternative dispute resolution scheme at this time beyond the consumer authority routes described above.
