TreatPass gift cards do not expire. Recipients may use their gift cards at any time.
Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable (except where required by law).
Gift cards can only be used at TreatPass partner merchants. Current partners are displayed on our website.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All transactions are processed securely through Flutterwave.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
TreatPass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, even if we've been notified of the possibility of such damage.
TreatPass may revise these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
