Roll into the weekend with a stimulating hour of chocolate, coffee, and conversation! In this class, we pair 3 locally-roasted single-origin coffees with our unroasted, single-origin chocolates. You’ll learn how to do a side-by-side coffee cupping and how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate and coffee. In this class, you learn about key flavor profiles of chocolate, and how to talk about aroma, texture, and flavor. We provide you with flavor wheels and tasting sheets in order to enhance your learning experience. Fresh bagels and vegan cream cheese will be provided after the cupping. Bring yourself! We have coffee, chocolate, and some snacks, plus flavor wheels and tasting sheets to make your experience extra special 😊 Our factory is dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free.
