We’ll come together in a circle with drums, shakers, and other sound tools to make music as a group. No experience needed—just show up and enjoy playing, breathing, and connecting with your team in a fun and creative way. This is more than just a drum circle—it s a group wellness experience that blends rhythm, music-making, and breath. Great for reducing stress, sparking creativity, and building team connection in a meaningful and memorable way. I’ll start with a quick welcome and warm-up using simple breath and rhythm exercises. We create a sound tapestry with the many small sound instruments I ll bring to create a group feel and start the beat. I’ll hand out drums and other instruments (or people can choose their own). We’ll begin making music together—first with easy guided patterns, then moving into free, playful improvisation. Along the way, depending on the group and occasion, I’ll introduce light vocal work and breathing practices to help everyone stay present, relaxed, and energized. We’ll close with a grounding moment of quiet or reflection to bring the group back into focus. No musical talent is needed. The experience is all about listening, playing together, and having fun.
