We’ll provide everything you need, so all you have to bring is a good appetite and a willingness to have fun in the kitchen. Prepare a selection of Mediterranean dishes, like salads, dips, and oven-roasted foods. The chef will guide you through each recipe, and you ll have recipe cards at your station to help you follow along. After cooking, you’ll sit down with your team to enjoy the meal you’ve created together. You can bring your own wine or purchase it onsite—from our partner Woodside Vineyards. No corkage fee! If you’re joining us in our kitchen, we’ve got you covered. If you’re hosting the class at your own venue, you’ll need: An oven and a stove. Counter or table space for prepping ingredients and cooking stations. Serving bowls and plates. If you don t have these, we can bring disposable ones at an additional fee.
