Together we’ll learn how to brew and taste three floral teas, sourced from our friends at The Qi, and pair them with our single-origin dark chocolates. You’ll learn about the key flavor profiles of floral tea, how to interpret aromas, textures, and flavors of both floral teas and chocolate, and walk away with an understanding of how to maximize the sensory experiences of each. Our instructor will guide you through how to brew each Shangri-la Rose, Royal Chrysanthemum, and Blue Lotus floral teas, while informing you of their distinct properties and unique histories. You will brew this tea yourself, and leave with the skills to do the same at home. You will learn how to properly taste chocolate, learn about our small-batch, single-origin chocolates, and discover how pairing tea with chocolate can heighten your experience of each.
