Our friendly chef will guide you every step of the way—no experience needed! After cooking, sit down to enjoy the meal you created as a team. Your chef will introduce you to the experience. You ll go over the safety guidelines, the menu, and the cooking stations. Each team will get an assignment! Next, you ll get cooking! Step 1: Dough & Pasta Making – Teams mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough. Step 2: Sauce Preparation – Guests chop ingredients and cook traditional Italian sauces. Step 3: Main Dish Assembly – Teams prepare their pasta dishes, adding sauces and toppings. Step 4: Final Touches – Plating, garnishing, and learning simple restaurant-style presentation tips. The chef will guide you throughout the experience and facilitate teamwork. The experience will wrap up with a 1-hour sit-down meal and light conversation.
