In each class, we break down recipes, techniques, and cooking tips in a private setting designed to create memorable shared experiences. All ingredients will be prepped for you before class. During class, we will go through each process step, from making your dough wrapper, chopping, and seasoning to professional folding techniques. At the end of the class, you will enjoy your homemade mandoos with the group. Inform your host about any dietary restrictions at least 3 days before your class. If you are coming to your host s address, you don t need to bring anything special, just your appetite! If you are bringing this class to your location, kitchen access is required.
