Lagos's most social art experience runs every week from October through December. Pick up a brush, pour a drink, and leave with a painting you made and people you didn't know before you walked in.
What paint and sip actually looks like in Lagos
The format is deliberately simple. A local Lagos artist leads a group of up to 14 guests through a guided canvas session. You follow along, you make it your own, you drink throughout. Nobody is graded. Nobody takes it seriously. That's the entire point.
What makes TreatPass paint nights different from a general art class is the social design. Every session starts with a short icebreaker — just enough so people know who's in the room before they pick up a brush. The sessions run 3 hours. The last 30 minutes are consistently the most social: people compare canvases, swap numbers, stay longer than they planned to.

There are paint and sip sessions running every week across October, November and December 2026. October opens with the Lagos Skyline session — our launch night. November brings team-format sessions ideal for corporate groups. December runs festive and couples editions alongside the main calendar.

Who comes to these sessions
The short answer: everyone. Professionals in their 20s and 30s who want a proper evening out without the noise of a bar. People who recently moved to Lagos and haven't yet found their social footing. Couples looking for something that isn't another dinner. HR managers booking an end-of-year team event that people will actually enjoy.
Coming alone is actively encouraged. Roughly half of every session is solo attendees. The format makes it easy — you arrive, you get introduced, you have a canvas and a drink in front of you within five minutes. The social awkwardness window is very short.
No art experience required. Seriously. The sessions are designed for people who haven't picked up a paintbrush since secondary school. The guidance is step by step. Your canvas will look good.
Pricing and what's included
Sessions run from ₦55,000 per person for standard evenings up to ₦100,000 for couples sessions. All materials are included — canvas, brushes, paint, apron. Drinks are included throughout. You take your painting home. Corporate buyouts are available for the full session.
